What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept PayPal.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team at by email:support@aurebrass.com as soon as possible. After 24 hours, your order may already be processed, and changes may not be possible.

FREE shipping for any order.

Shipping time with UPS. Door to door You do not need to pay import duties)

Orders are typically received in 28-40 days Canadian customers/ in 20-30 days American customers from date of order.

Australia

FREE shipping for any order.

Shipping time with China Post Air Parcel 25-50 days or EMS 5-20 days + handling time.

All our products are made or assembled to order. Please refer to each product description lead time as certain items are made to order and can take up to 12 weeks.

Shipping time with China Post Air Parcel 25-50 days or EMS 5-20 days + handling time.

Shipping time with Royal Mail Or UPS. Orders are typically received in 28-60 days from date of order.(Door to door You do not need to pay import duties).

UAE United Arab Emirates / Bahrain /Kuwait (China-Middle East air or sea express line express 10-35 days).

RUSSIA (China-Russia Special Line Express 10-30 days).

We want you to love your Aure Brass purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Yes, all of our lighting fixtures come with detailed installation instructions and necessary hardware. However, for more complex installations or to ensure safety, we recommend professional installation.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Aure Brass products come with 2 years warranty on all products covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, or accidents.
